1. The paint

Organic pigments: phthalocyanine red, red red BBN and resistant plastic 6 r, azo red 2 BC, macromolecular BR, macromolecular yellow 2 gl, and perhaps yellow GG, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green, formatted as purple, etc.

Inorganic pigments, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, iron oxide red, iron oxide, titanium white, white carbon black.

2. The dispersant

Dispersant main effect is to pigment disperse into tiny, stability, and can be evenly distributed in a certain size of plastic granules, and no longer condensed in the machining process. At the same time it has good compatibility with resin, do not affect the quality of the product. Dispersant of low melting point should be a resin, and pigment has good affinity.

Polyolefin with dispersant is: low molecular polyethylene (PE) wax, polyethylene oxide, stearic acid salt, etc.

3. The carrier

Carrier is masterbatch matrix, and can make the masterbatch is granular. Carrier choice must consider it has good compatibility with resin being shaded, carrier mobility at the same time should be greater than the resin being shaded, and color does not affect the performance of the products.
